We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/ refund. 

To be eligible for a return/ refund, your item must be lost, defective, or ruined in transit.

All orders take 2-3 days to process and 5-7 business days shipping. All stickers are shipped using stamps are at the whim of the USPS. Any orders that have been shipped and take longer than 1-2 weeks please reach out and a new order may be need to be sent out. Any sticker with the word (New) in the title have not been ordered yet from the printer and will take an extra week for delivery.
